LEAD TECHNICAL CONSULTANT Chennai INDIA Job Family Development Job Description (Posting). 1. Lead the development, maintenance, and improvement of our continuous integration continuous delivery (CICD) pipeline using cloud services and automation tools.2. Use Terraform for advanced cloud resource provisioning and management.3. Implement automated infrastructure capabilities like Self services enablement, OS patching, SAP refresh automation, security tools, monitoring.4. Design and implement enterprise-grade, scalable cloud-based services to support our development teams.5. Collaborate with developers to optimize the application development workflow.6. Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide advanced technical support to the team.7. Advocate for and implement industry best practices for system hardening and configuration management.8. Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes.9. If necessary, deploy and maintain SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) in cloud environments.10. Stay current with industry trends, making recommendations as needed to help the company excel.Requirements:===========1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience.2. 10+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role.3. Expert proficiency with Git, Terraform, Kubernetes, and other infrastructure automation toolsets.4. Deep expertise with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and an in-depth understanding of their offerings.5. Significant experience in network, server, and application-status monitoring.6. Proven ability to lead and improve software-automation production systems.7. Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.8. Comprehensive understanding of scalable computing systems.9. Excellent communication skills and ability to explain protocol and processes with team and management.
