Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Product Consultant with 14 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise in Vantage Online for Life and Annuities as well as a solid understanding of Life and Annuities Insurance. This role involves providing strategic guidance and technical support to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of our Vantage products. Responsibilities Lead the implementation and optimization of Vantage Online for Life and Annuities to meet client needs. Oversee the integration of Vantage Life Basics and Vantage Annuities Basics into existing systems. Provide expert guidance on Vantage Annuities Business to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment of Vantage products. Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements to tailor Vantage solutions accordingly. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Vantage product implementations. Facilitate training sessions for clients and internal teams on Vantage product functionalities. Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to Vantage products to ensure smooth operations. Provide strategic insights to clients on leveraging Vantage products for business growth. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Vantage product usage. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for product enhancements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for Vantage product offerings. Support sales teams in pre-sales activities by showcasing Vantage product capabilities. Qualifications Possess extensive experience in Vantage Online for Life and Annuities. Demonstrate strong understanding of Vantage Life Basics and Vantage Annuities Basics. Exhibit proficiency in Vantage Annuities Business. Have domain expertise in Life and Annuities Insurance. Show excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Display strong communication and presentation abilities. Be adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams. Have a proven track record of successful product implementations. Be detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance. Show capability in developing and maintaining documentation. Be experienced in conducting training sessions. Have a strategic mindset with a focus on client success. Certifications Required Certified Vantage Professional Life and Annuities Insurance Certification,
