Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Developer with 12 to 14 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Sinequa Search and Cognitive Search with a preference for those with experience in the Medical Devices domain. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that make a significant impact on society. The position operates during the day shift with no travel required. Responsibilities Develop and implement advanced search solutions using Cognitive Search and Sinequa Search to enhance data retrieval and analysis capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality search solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to ensure best practices and high standards are maintained. Design and optimize search algorithms to improve the accuracy and efficiency of search results. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of search functionalities to ensure reliability and performance. Integrate search solutions with existing systems and platforms to provide seamless user experiences. Stay updated with the latest advancements in search technologies and incorporate them into ongoing projects. Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve search functionalities. Document technical specifications and create comprehensive user guides for implemented search solutions. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency across the team. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations particularly in the Medical Devices domain. Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering innovative search solutions that drive business growth. Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions. Qualifications Possess extensive experience in Azure Cognitive Search and Sinequa Search. Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Have a solid understanding of search algorithms and data retrieval techniques. Show proficiency in integrating search solutions with various platforms. Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferably have experience in the Medical Devices domain.
