Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups. Should be able to coach team members in Agile frameworks Very strong communication skills Familiarity with all Agile practices, regulated environments and software development practices. Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders). Facilitate user design thinking sessions with product owner and developer Should be able to remove impediments and resolve conflicts and issues that occur Create and ensure staffing plans within development team Should be able to understand business Strong collaboration, coaching, facilitation and problem-solving skills Willing to work in night shifts (if required) Ability to work with multiple teams within client and cognizant network Preferred Skills: Agile certifications (e.g. CSM/PSM, ICAgile, SAFe) desired when accompanying demonstration of an agile mindset and relevant examples of experience and skills to help enable teams Enterprise Business Agility strategic and systems thinking Education: Bachelor of Engineering MBA (Desired),
