Sourcing candidates by sending mails, using job portals, organizing events at vendor locations and referencing. Posting ad and mass mailing on Job portals against skills requirements and locations. Pre-screening and short-listing the candidate for the client interview. Scheduling the candidates with clients and follow up for the same. Negotiating salary and rolling out offers to the candidates accordingly. To keep a track on selected candidates joining date in the company. Continuous follow-up with clients to confirm staffing plans and candidates needs are met.
