Responsibilities Lead and manage the QA team, ensuring efficient testing processes. Develop and implement manual and automated test plans using Python. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications. Identify, document, and track defects in our telecom products and services. Oversee the execution of test cases and ensure thorough coverage of software functionalities. Analyze test results, report findings, and present data to stakeholders. Mentor and train junior QA team members on best practices and testing methodologies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in quality assurance, with a focus on manual and automated testing. Strong programming skills in Python and experience with automation frameworks. Solid understanding of telecom systems and technologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and interpersonal communication abilities.
