Integration Services Agile Product Owner Lead Analyst Position Overview: The Integration Services Agile Product Owner Lead Analyst will be responsible to provide the voice of the customer at the Scrum team level working as part of US Medical Front Office Technology Integration Services team. This individual will utilize their solid business and technical skills and experience to manage their teams intake of work. They will also prioritize delivery to maximize business value delivered by their Scrum team. In addition, they must be able to work collaboratively as part of a larger technology organization empowered to analyze and deliver innovative solutions to the marketplace. Responsibilities: Understands key business objectives and strategy of the product(s) they support Works with system teams and business owners to ensure that they are engaged and supportive of direction Collaborates with the requesters to ensure their prioritization is reflected in the teams backlog Maintains and refines the inflow of work to the teams product backlog Comprehends and provides analysis, architecture and design support for scrum team(s) Sets and communicates the teams scope for the current iteration Qualifications Required Experience / Qualifications: Aptitude for gaining deep knowledge of the industry and business, and proactively using this knowledge to deliver meaningful results Ability to successfully facilitate collaboration across multiple functions, departments and levels 5-8 years of experience as a product owner/product manager Ensure that the products design, development, and deployment processes incorporate HIPAA compliance from the ground up. Ability to develop productive working relationships with both technical and non-technical partners Understands key provider data business objectives and strategy User Stories with Compliance in Mind: Create user stories and acceptance criteria that incorporate HIPAA requirements, ensuring that each feature is designed to protect PH Ensure that the software product adheres to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements, focusing on the protection of Protected Health Information (PHI),
