Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Software Testing Sales Manager at DRAGONFLY TESTING SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Some remote work is acceptable for this position. Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies for software testing services. Identify and target potential clients across various industries. Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase revenue. Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs. Achieve sales targets and manage the sales pipeline. Provide market feedback to help shape service offerings. Requirements: Proven experience in sales within the software testing or IT services domain. Strong knowledge of QA processes, tools, and automation testing. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills Knowledge of software testing and quality assurance processes Experience in selling software testing services or related technologies Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Proven track record of meeting sales targets Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field,
