Job Description

    Location: Mumbai
    Work Mode: Work from Office
    Shift Timings: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (5 days working, 2 rotational offs)
    Transport: Pick-up or drop available for night shifts

    HSC (12th) Pass or Graduate (Freshers are welcome).

    Minimum 6 months of experience in a BPO environment preferred.

     

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve customer issues.
    • Attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of information provided to customers.
    • Ability to work efficiently in 24/7 rotational shifts.
