JOB DESCRIPTION :
Reports to: Home Loan Cluster Head
To generate new Home Loan leads
To meet all/allocated customers in person.
To increase the sales in the branch.
To handle service issue post sales.
KEY RESULT AREAS : Acquire new customers from the market. Collection of prospective customer information and arrange Home Loan events in potential areas. Ensuring the data security. Exploring favorable cross selling opportunities with HL customers. Managing & Coordinating with Principals (SHFL & HDFC Home). Stay updated on market trends, loan policies, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS : To be aware of Home Loan process and its business. Analyze customer needs and recommend tailored loan solutions to fit their financial goals. Obtaining all mandatory documents from customers ,Processing the applications HL for approval. Responding to customer queries and grievances and providing timely information and redressal. Ensuring committed numbers are achieved.
Experience: 2-5 years prior working experience in Home Loan.
Educational Requirements: 10+2/ Diploma/ Graduate
Skills Required: Good Communication skills Have interest in sales.
Age: 25- 30
Target Achievement, Negotiation Skills, Problem Solving Skills ,Time Management.
