Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to expand our market reach, identify new business opportunities, and build lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking, market insights, and interpersonal skills to drive growth in the eco-friendly packaging sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential and existing clients.
• Generate leads through networking, industry events, and other channels.
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet growth targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth areas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing (or relevant field).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales (packaging industry experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
