To support our data-driven approach, we are looking for a talented Mid-Tier Power BI Developer to join our team in Vadodara.
*Job Summary:*
As a Mid-Tier Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive and intuitive dashboards and reports using Power BI. Your role will involve working with multiple data sources, integrating data, and providing insights that drive business decisions. Initially, this role will be based in our Vadodara office, with the opportunity to work from home after a successful probation period.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Dashboard and Report Development:* Create and manage Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
- *Data Integration:* Connect, import, and transform data from various sources (SQL databases, Excel, cloud services, APIs, etc.) into Power BI.
- *Data Modelling:* Develop data models and establish relationships between different data sets to ensure seamless and accurate data representation.
- *Visualisation:* Design intuitive and interactive data visualisations that effectively communicate complex data trends and patterns.
- *Performance Optimisation:* Ensure Power BI solutions are optimised for performance, scalability, and usability.
- *Collaboration:* Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- *Training and Support:* Provide training and support to end-users to maximise their ability to utilise Power BI reports and dashboards.
- *Documentation:* Maintain comprehensive documentation of Power BI solutions, including data sources, transformations, and visualisation techniques.
*Qualifications:*
- *Education:* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- *Experience:*
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Power BI development.
- Proven track record of building interactive and intuitive dashboards and reports.
- Experience working with various data sources and integration techniques.
- *Technical Skills:*
- Proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
- Strong understanding of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and M (Power Query Formula Language).
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
