The Responsibilities Are As Follows Collecting rosters from various departments and ensuring that they are updated in the system. Leave Management and ensuring that all the leaves are updated in the system regularly. Maintain statutory compliance records and ensure that they are updated at all times. Ensuring all vendor related records are maintained and updated in a timely and compliant manner. Ensure PF & ESIC records are updated and submitted on time. Performing any other activity that may be assigned from time to time. Educational Requirements MBA - Human Resources Skills: time management,communication,attention to detail.,
