Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic, mid-level Senior Executive Purchase to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience in procurement ideally within the pharmaceutical industry. This full-time position will be based in one of our locations: Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Patan, Abu, or Rajkot. Key responsibilities will include managing the procurement process, developing vendor relationships, and ensuring effective supply chain management. Qualifications And Skills Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in procurement or a related field within the pharmaceutical industry. Proven experience in negotiation, procurement, and pharmaceutical sector (Mandatory skill). Strong supply chain management skills to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement processes. Efficient vendor management to maintain and develop beneficial supplier relationships. Robust inventory management skills for accurate tracking and replenishment of stock. Experience in contract management to secure favorable terms and conditions with suppliers. Proficiency in market research to identify new suppliers and assess market conditions. Excellent communication and analytical skills to support procurement decisions. Roles And Responsibilities Oversee the entire procurement process, from supplier identification to contract negotiation and order placement. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply without overstocking. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of quality products. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify new supply sources. Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve the best pricing and service conditions. Collaborate with internal departments such as production and quality control to align procurement strategies with organizational goals. Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain to ensure uninterrupted production. Regularly review and update procurement policies and procedures to align with regulatory requirements and company standards.,
