- Role Overview We are hiring an accomplished Program Manager to lead and deliver a strategic SAP HANA Implementation program across five geographies. This critical leadership role requires managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with an SAP Implementation Partner, and ensuring the program meets its business objectives within scope, timeline, and budget. The role is onsite in Mumbai and demands a seasoned professional with at least three global SAP HANA implementations as a Program Manager for large enterprises. The candidate will drive the success of this transformational ERP program, ensuring its alignment with business goals and operational excellence. Requirements Key Responsibilities Program Leadership Lead the entire SAP HANA implementation lifecycle, including planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization across five geographies. Define and manage program governance, ensuring clear accountability and streamlined decision-making. Act as the primary point of contact for the ERP program across all organizational levels and external stakeholders. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with the SAP Implementation Partner to finalize the roadmap, resource planning, and deliverables. Partner with business function leaders from Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, and IT to ensure ERP functionalities align with operational needs. Conduct regular steering committee meetings and provide updates to executive leadership on program progress, risks, and achievements. Program Management Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan, defining deliverables, milestones, and KPIs for each implementation phase. Monitor project budgets, resource utilization, and adherence to timelines, ensuring the program stays on track. Oversee data migration, integration, and system configuration to ensure a seamless transition to SAP HANA. Drive standardization and process optimization across geographies for maximum efficiency and scalability. Risk Management and Compliance Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with multi-geography SAP HANA implementation. Address program issues and escalations promptly, ensuring continuity and minimal disruption. Ensure the program adheres to regulatory, data security, and compliance standards globally. Change Management and Adoption Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure effective user adoption across all regions. Conduct training programs and workshops to prepare business users for the transition to SAP HANA. Promote a culture of collaboration, adaptability, and ownership among all program participants.,
