Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in software development Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (such as Java, C++, Python, or C#) Familiarity with software development best practices, such as version control, testing, and debugging Experience with database concepts and SQL Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with software development tools and frameworks (such as Git, Maven, Spring, or Django) Familiarity with Distributed Database systems, Knowledge of web development technologies (such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) Familiarity with agile software development methodologies (such as Scrum or Kanban) Experience with cloud computing platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or Google CloudPlatform) Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks Passion for software development and eagerness to learn new technologies and skills Job Description: Design, develop, and maintain software applications using object-oriented programming principles and best practices Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that follows industry standards and guidelines Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging of software applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure software solutions are aligned with business needs Design and develop technical solutions that are scalable, reliable, and maintainable Contribute to the technical architecture of the platform, ensuring it is extensible and adaptable Continuously learn and stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and frameworks in software development Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support as needed Identify and propose solutions to improve software performance, scalability, and reliability Participate in agile software development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, and retrospectives Employment Type: Full-time Workplace Type: On-site Salary: Commensurate with experience and skills Experience Required: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software development.
