About the role:
We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our customer service team as a chat support executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and resolving queries through online chat channels in a fast paced environment.
Salary Slab:
UG Fresher: 20,000 In-hand
Graduate Fresher: 22,000 In-hand
UG/Graduate with 6+ Months of Experience: 25,500 In-hand
Eligibility Criteria:
Excellent English Communication skills
Undergraduate/ Graduate can apply.
Fresher & Experience can also apply
Rounds of Interview:
HR Interview: Discussion about your experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
Writex ( Written English Test) : Minimum score of 60+ and B2 level Proficiency in English.
Operations Assessment : Evaluate your multi chat skills and chat support performance.
