Responsibilities:
.TL needs to build and lead his Field sales team.
.Do daily Gate Meeting && min. 5 joint meetings with the team
.Joint visits to the merchants in the open market to onboard merchants on WhatsApp Business App, FB &&
Instagram
.Onboarding merchants on Meta Verified (paid subscription service of Meta)
.Drive daily efficiency nos. && ensure channel profitability
.Set goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.
.Conduct regular team meetings, merchant meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
.Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational objectives.
.Analyze data and provide insights to improve team performance
.Cross-selling other relevant products to the merchants, as per companys requirement
Key Requirements:
.Proven leadership experience in managing teams of at least 10 team members.
.Do self-sourcing by onboarding merchants, along with ensuring achievement of the teams targets
.Possession of a bike and a valid driver's license for daily travel within the assigned sales territory
.Must have an Android phone
.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
.Deep understanding of social platforms and its features, with the ability to effectively communicate the
.value proposition to clients.
.Working knowledge of Whatsapp for business, Facebook && Instagram platforms
.Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing priorities and business needs.
.Strong analytical and decision-making skills
