- Strong understanding of retail operations, including store planning, execution, and optimization.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
- Proficiency in controlling shrinkage through various methods (e.g., loss prevention measures).
- Ability to analyze sales data using tools like MIS reports.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Oversee floor management, including visual merchandising, inventory control, and stock replenishment.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce shrinkage and improve overall profitability.
- Lead a team of retail staff members, providing guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
