Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Power BI Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions to help organizations analyze and visualize data for strategic decision-making. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, create data models, and deliver advanced dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI. The Sr. Power BI Developer should have a deep understanding of data analytics, database management, and visualization best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Report and Dashboard Development
*Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
*Implement advanced DAX calculations for complex business requirements.
*Ensure the accuracy and quality of reports by conducting thorough testing.

2.Data Modeling
*Create and maintain efficient data models optimized for Power BI performance.
*Integrate data from multiple sources such as SQL Server, Azure, Excel, or other databases.
*Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the ETL process.

3.Stakeholder Collaboration
*Work closely with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
*Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI functionalities.
*Offer recommendations to enhance business intelligence capabilities.

4.Performance Optimization
*Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability.
*Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report rendering, data refresh, or dashboard performance.

5.Data Governance and Security
*Implement data governance practices to ensure secure and compliant data usage.
*Manage access controls and permissions within Power BI.

6.Innovation and Continuous Improvement
*Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry trends.
*Explore and integrate emerging tools and technologies to enhance reporting capabilities.

Role Requirements and Qualifications :
*Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
*5+ years of experience in Power BI development and data analytics.
*Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
*Proficiency in SQL and database management.
*Strong understanding of Power BI and its components, including Power BI Service, Power BI Desktop, and Power BI Premium.
*Experience in setting up and managing Power BI workspaces for Dev, UAT, and Prod environments.
*Proficiency in creating semantic layers and using Tabular Editor for KPI creation.
*Advanced skills in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and M language.
*Familiarity with data modeling concepts and best practices.
*Experience in using Power BI inbuilt aggregates for efficient data summarization.
*Strong focus on report performance and optimization.
