Job Description:

Good oral and written communication skills in English is essential
Communicate effectively and professionally with end users customers
Understanding common hardware and technical terminology
Installation or configuring desktops Laptops
Desktop and Laptop security experience in terms of anti virus firewalls etc
Configuring Ms outlook and Network Printers
Preparation of Daily Weekly Monthly reports and Inventory
Different type of software installation
Managing Disk space Processor Memory Network process Utilization related to client issues
Handle and manage troubleshooting problem like network file system booting etc
Wireless troubleshooting skills for office and home network users
Basic knowledge experience to troubleshoot the network devices
Basic experience with troubleshooting VPN Client issues
