Job Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage hiring processes, post job listings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and onboard new employees.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, address employee concerns, and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Payroll & Attendance: Oversee attendance records, leave management, and payroll processing.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs, conduct employee workshops, and ensure skill enhancement.
• HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, maintain records, and manage employee documentation.
• Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems, provide feedback, and develop growth plans.
• Company Culture & Engagement: Organize team-building activities, events, and employee engagement programs.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in related field.
• Experience: 1+ years in HR roles, preferably in the garment/textile industry (preferred but not mandatory).
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with HR software, MS Office, and payroll systems.
• Proactive Attitude: Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR functions efficiently.
