Job Description

    Job Summary:

    As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a critical role in providing excellent customer service to clients or customers. You will assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, product concerns, and general support. Your goal is to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and solutions-driven.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media in a professional and timely manner.
    • Provide assistance with product-related questions, troubleshooting issues, and processing orders.
    • Resolve customer complaints, concerns, or issues promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
    • Guide customers through the use of products or services and educate them on features and benefits.
    • Collaborate with other departments (sales, technical support, etc.) to resolve customer issues.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure that issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
    • Meet or exceed service level targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
    • Stay up-to-date on product updates, services, and policies to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or customer service certifications are a plus.
    • Proven experience in customer support or a similar role.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle high-pressure situations.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
