    Job Description:

    • Candidates must possess a bachelors degree or higher (BCom / BBA / basic payroll knowledge)
    • Excellent communication and writing skills are required.
    • Experience in handling tickets, inbound and outbound calls is essential.
    • A minimum of six months to one year of relevant experience is necessary:
    • At least six months in a voice process role, or at least one year in an email or chat handling process.
    • Candidates must be soft-spoken and patient, capable of answering 80 to 100 calls per day.
    • Ability to respond to employee queries regarding payroll, HR, and company policies is required.
    • Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts, including rotational and split week off, is necessary.
    • The base location will be P2, LTIMindtree, Global village Tech Park, Mysore Rd, RVCE, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560059
    • This role requires full-time work from the office; remote working options are not available.

    Key skills

    • Qualification - Bachelors degree.
    • Excellent communication skills - English.
    • Willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts, work from office.
