Coordinate with recruitment vendors, source candidates, and organize interviews for shortlisted profiles. Ensure timely closure of all vacancies and manage the recruitment pipeline. Provide regular analytics on vacant positions, closing TAT, demographics (age, gender, etc.), education, and more. Share periodic reports on TA status as required by the Zonal HR team and central stakeholders. Work with hiring managers to ensure swift closure of interactions and approvals for hiring. Coordinate with the HR operations team to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires. Oversee the offer release process in accordance with RNLIC central and zonal team norms. Provide daily updates to both central and zonal teams on candidate progress (shortlisted, interviewed, onboarded, offered, etc.). Maintain an organized repository of all TA activities.,
