Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic US IT Recruiter with experience in International Voice Process or customer-facing roles. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and a passion for recruitment. This role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding IT professionals for US-based clients while ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified IT professionals for US-based clients.
• Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn) and social networks for candidate sourcing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in International Voice Process.
• Education must be from B.Tech Computers background
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of IT terminologies, roles, and technologies.
• Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
