    Key Responsibilities:

    • NRI Customer Relationship Management: Provide tailored financial solutions while maintaining high service standards and complete customer profiles, including risk assessment and demographics.
    • Portfolio Growth & Cross-Selling: Deepen relationships by cross-selling bank and third-party investment products to enhance wallet share and product penetration.
    • Customer Engagement & Acquisition: Maintain relationships through regular communication, identify potential clients, and acquire new customers via referrals, brokers, and overseas networks.
    • Account Monitoring & Compliance: Track NRI account inflows/outflows, monitor visits to India, and ensure adherence to KYC/SEBI regulations.
    • Performance & Reporting: Achieve assigned targets, track customer interactions via CRM, and stay updated on market trends, interest rates, and exchange rate fluctuations.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

     

    • Must have a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree.
    • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Portfolio Management, HNW Banking, or Wealth Management of NRI clients is required.
    • Preferred certifications include AMFI, IRDA, and NCFM.
