About the Role:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our international customers, providing exceptional support and resolving complex customer issues via chat.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve complex customer complaints and concerns in a courteous and efficient way
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers about our products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a chat or call center environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
- Strong analytical and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other teams
