    The Role:

    The Desktop Support Specialist will be responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to desktop computers, laptops, and other hardware/software systems. This role ensures that end-users have the technical support needed for day-to-day operations, maintaining a smooth and efficient work environment. We are 

    Key Responsibilities:        

    1. Install, configure, and maintain hardware (PCs, laptops, monitors, printers) and software (operating systems, office applications, etc.).       
    2. Respond to and resolve desktop support requests from end-users.
    3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows/Mac OS operating systems, hardware, peripherals, and network connectivity.
    4. Perform regular maintenance on desktop systems, ensuring that systems are up-to-date with the latest patches, antivirus software, and security updates.       
    5. Assist with setting up new user workstations, including computer, peripherals, and network configurations.

    Skills Required:

    1. Experience in active directory, O365, Basic hardware troubleshooting        
    2. Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).       
    3. Proficiency in troubleshooting tools (e.g., diagnostic software, remote desktop tools).       
    4. Installing software on end user desktop.        
    5. Communication skills to assist users at various technical skill levels.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    1.  Any Graduate       
    2.  Minimum 1 year of experience is required.
