Department General Purchase- M fg. Industry C onsumer E lectronics / Appliance / Automobile Position
Title Exec . / Sr. Exec . Purchase Qualification ITI / Diploma / Any Graduate Plac e of Posting Sec tor - 81 , Noida Total Experience (4~6) Y ears
Reporting To Sr . M anager
- Purchase Key Result Areas
- PO Management PO w.r.t. specification and releasing PO and follow up with vendor & on-time delivery of material. - Ensuring Supplies . Ensures that materials are bought at most competitive price & delivered on time for production. - Managing and controlling Supplier Manage suppliers on the purchase of materials and finished parts for production / maintenance. - Record Maintenance Maintain complete update purchasing records and pricing in the system for ready reference. - Material Cost Stringent material control is required to assure company targets are met. This includes expenditure, usage, scrap, inventory levels etc. - Follow Up Following up with finance for timely payment to vendors thereby ensuring smooth functioning and upholding good relationship with vendors. - Vendor Relationship Establish strategic relationships with key suppliers align to company's material / supply needs Desired Skills and Competencies - Knowledge of working on SAP - Good written and spoken communication. - Result oriented and confident. - Ability to perform under pressure. - Understand supplier management. - Exhibit past records for driving cost saving program. - High level of integrity -
MUST HAVE OWN CONVEYANCE
Ideal Candidate - ITI / Diploma / Any Graduate with (4 ~ 6) years of experience in managing purchas e of direct & Indirect items for Consumer electronics / Appliance / Automobile, with good communication skill & understand Indian supplier.
Salary - 25K (In hand)
