Shift Time : US: 5:30 pm - 8 am in between any 9 hours shift.

Location : Malad , Mumbai

Requirements :

• Graduate fresher can apply
• HSC + 6 months experience or more
• Candidates with any Voice Process experience in BPO or non-BPO can also apply

Salary :

• Graduate Fresher - 24k + incentive
• Hsc / Graduate 6months experience  - 28k + incentive 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle customer escalations, ensuring positive resolutions while maintaining the integrity of Airbnb policies.
• Address customer concerns related to bookings, cancellations, policies, payments, and more.

Working : 5 days working Weekly 2 rotational offs
