We are seeking an Experienced High-Scale PPC Growth Director Specialist with a proven track record in handling multiple Google Ads accounts and delivering scalable lead generation results. As a High-Scale PPC Growth Director Specialist, you will oversee the strategic direction and execution of high-performing PPC campaigns across multiple Google Ads accounts. Your expertise will be essential in driving scalable lead generation, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, and managing large budgets efficiently. You will lead a team of PPC professionals, ensuring that all accounts are optimized to meet client goals and generate quality leads. Your data-driven approach and deep understanding of the Google Ads ecosystem will be key in creating and executing advanced strategies that deliver results for clients at scale. Key Responsibilities: Lead the strategic development and execution of high-scale Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts, with a focus on lead generation and driving exceptional ROI. Develop and implement tailored PPC strategies using Google Ads platforms (Search, Display, Remarketing, YouTube Ads) that drive high-quality leads at scale. Perform detailed keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and optimize landing pages to maximize conversion rates and generate cost-effective leads. Monitor and optimize campaign performance across multiple accounts, analyzing key metrics such as cost-per-lead (CPL), return on investment (ROI), click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates (CR) to ensure campaigns are delivering optimal results. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and lead generation goals, translating these insights into effective Google Ads strategies. Oversee budget management, ensuring efficient bid strategies, budget allocation, and cost control across multiple high-scale campaigns. Implement A/B testing and performance optimization initiatives, continually improving ad copy, targeting strategies, and landing page conversions to enhance lead generation results. Lead a team of PPC specialists, providing guidance and mentoring to ensure the execution of best practices and the successful optimization of client accounts. Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients, offering actionable recommendations for further optimization and growth. Stay updated on the latest Google Ads trends, features, and best practices, incorporating new strategies and tools to drive campaign success. Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, content, social media) to create integrated, cohesive digital marketing strategies that maximize the impact of Google Ads campaigns. Qualifications: Proven experience as a PPC Director, Senior PPC Strategist, or similar role, with a focus on managing multiple Google Ads accounts and driving lead generation at scale. Extensive experience with Google Ads platforms (Search, Display, Remarketing, YouTube Ads) and a strong background in lead generation and campaign optimization. Advanced knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and guiding PPC specialists to achieve their best performance. Ability to manage large PPC budgets, develop cost-effective strategies, and maximize ROI for clients. Proficiency in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and other advanced strategies to improve campaign performance. Google Ads Certification is required; additional certifications in digital marketing or advanced PPC strategies are a plus. Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
