    Position: Retail broking Customer Service
    Experience : 3 Years 
    Location : Mumbai 

    Responsibilities


    1. Handle inbound and outbound customer communicaons via phone, email. Sourcing & deepening of relaonships from exisng customer
    base of customers
    2. Assist customers with product or service inquiries, order status, and account-related quesons.
    3. Idenfy and troubleshoot customer issues efficiently and accurately.
    4. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their sasfacon.
    5. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interacons and transacons.
    6. Work closely with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
    7. Parcipate in team meengs, training sessions, and connuous improvement iniaves.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Ensure achievement of customers sasfacon in respect of services and query resoluon.
    • Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relaonships -- Developing construcve and cooperave working relaonships with others, and maintaining them over me.
    • To understand and appreciate customers point of view and to build relaonships with customers to ensure posive and mutually sasfying interacons.

    Job specific skills

    • Should have sound understanding of capital markets.
    • 3+ years experience in Operaons/ Customer Service. Call Centre experience is an added benefit
    • Knowledge of equity markets/ capital markets, Knowledge of regulatory compliance
    • Working knowledge of Back office sowares
    • Strong skills in Microso Office (Excel, Word) are an added advantage

    Education Qualification

    • Graduate in any discipline
