At the same time, we are growing fast and have exciting, ambitious aspirations. https://www.godrejcp.com/ About The Role Key Responsibilities Develop a thorough understanding of pre-formulations, prototyping, and product development across various dosage forms Strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in at least a couple of the mentioned categories are essential Innovate and conceptualise disruptive ideas within relevant categories, building a vibrant New Product Development (NPD) pipeline based on consumer insights and category challenges Lead projects with academia to strengthen GCPLs science base, exploiting these learnings for commercial advantages Participate in pilot plant and plant-level scale-up activities, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production Document the product development pathway through detailed reports and dossiers.
