    Opening for on e of the reputed Food & Beverages Consultnt for the position of Business Development Manager (Bangalore) Exp - 7 to 10 yrs CTC - 12L Role And Responsibilities The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth in the packaging water industry in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a relevant educational background, preferably an MBA, and a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in retail selling, FMCG, B2B, and industrial/corporate sales, with specific experience in the water segment. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop business opportunities in the packaging water industry, particularly in the areas of FMCG, B2B, and industrial/corporate segments. Focus on channel management to expand the company's market presence. Target and build relationships with potential clients in the water, beverages, and FMCG industries. Manage tender processes in the airport, railways, hotel, hospital, and corporate sectors, specifically. within the Bangalore market. Actively pursue the appointment of distributors for the company's products. Conduct prospecting and marketing activities to promote and sell packaging water to designated specialized fields (Corporates, Airports, Railways, and Hospitality industry). Meet sales targets and adhere to company sales norms while maintaining a positive company image. Provide innovative ideas and inputs to enhance market penetration in the respective areas. Act as a company representative, making presentations at conferences, client meetings, demos, etc. Exhibit strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently to achieve business targets. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Display a positive attitude towards the organization and work,
