Job Title: Civil Engineer Location: Navsari, Gujarat (Commutable from Mumbai) Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Navsari. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing various civil engineering projects while commuting from Mumbai. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles and effective communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of civil engineering projects, ensuring they meet specifications, timelines, and budgets. Design and Analysis: Develop and review engineering designs, calculations, and plans, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and address any issues that arise. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, logs, and compliance records. Problem-Solving: Identify potential challenges in projects and propose effective solutions to mitigate risks. Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum [3] years of experience in civil engineering or construction management. Strong knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and construction techniques. Proficient in engineering design software and tools. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
