- Job summary Anaplan Lead Architect : Responsible for the Anaplan ecosystem serving the Global Commercial team in Cognizant. This role encompasses all upstream/downstream data flows and integration. The candidate will oversee system development and maintenance end-to-end aligning with the Companys strategic needs. This role is responsible for system development and maintenance end-to-end as required by the Companys strategic needs. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Anaplan models to support commercial planning, sales compensation, and reporting. Manage and maintain the Anaplan ecosystem to ensure efficient data flow and system performance. Validate data and provide insights to improve daily operations and optimization while maintaining data integrity across platforms. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across different time zones to align on project goals and requirements. Develop and implement system enhancements in accordance with strategic objectives. Proactively engage with the Global Commercial Administration stakeholders and other connected business functions. Customize Anaplan solutions to align with Cognizant's business requirements and processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Anaplan platform. Provide technical expertise and support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Stay updated with the latest Anaplan features and best practices to continuously improve the system. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support user adoption and proficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as an Anaplan Architect or in a similar role with cloud-based planning systems. Strong technical knowledge of Anaplan, including model building, data integration, and system customization. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders. Experience with other planning and incentive management systems is a plus. Technical Requirements: Proficiency in Anaplan model building, including complex multi-dimensional models. Experience with Anaplan Connect and other integration tools for data import/export. Knowledge of Anaplan's calculation engine and formula optimization. Familiarity with Anaplan's security and user access management. Understanding of data integration techniques, including APIs and ETL processes. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for automation and customization. Knowledge of database management and SQL for data manipulation and querying.
