Job summary We are seeking a Sr Consultant with 8 to 12 years of experience in SAP ISUtilities ABAP for a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise to enhance our SAP systems ensuring efficient and effective utility operations. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP ISUtilities ABAP and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts. Responsibilities Lead the design development and implementation of SAP ISUtilities ABAP solutions to meet business requirements. Oversee the analysis of complex business processes and provide technical solutions to enhance SAP systems. Provide technical expertise in SAP ISUtilities ABAP to support and optimize utility operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP modules. Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP ISUtilities ABAP solutions. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of SAP ISUtilities ABAP programs to ensure quality and performance. Offer guidance and support to junior consultants and team members. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in SAP development. Monitor and resolve technical issues related to SAP ISUtilities ABAP in a timely manner. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality. Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions. Contribute to the overall success of the project by delivering high-quality SAP solutions on time. Qualifications * Possess a strong technical background in SAP ISUtilities ABAP with at least 8 years of experience. Demonstrate expertise in designing and developing SAP solutions for utility operations. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes. Show proficiency in debugging and testing SAP programs to ensure optimal performance. Have experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation for SAP solutions. Display strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to drive innovation. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in SAP development. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Show a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
