Job Description Develop and Customize: Create and modify ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AJAX. Configure ITSM Modules: Manage Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Service Catalog modules. Integrate Systems: Use REST and SOAP web services to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems. Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, including configuration and design documents. Requirement Gathering: Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews. Platform Upgrades: Perform platform upgrades and manage skipped updates. Workflow Automation: Develop workflows and automate processes to improve user experience. Primary Skills ServiceNow Development: Customizing applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AJAX. ITSM Configuration: Managing modules like Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog. System Integration: Integrating with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs. Scripting and Automation: Writing scripts and developing workflows.
