Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Fivetran Data Build Tool Snowflake SQL and Snowflake along with a strong background in Product Lifecycle Management. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive technical excellence and contribute to our companys success. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of data integration solutions using Fivetran to ensure seamless data flow. Oversee the development and maintenance of data transformation processes using Data Build Tool to enhance data quality and consistency. Provide technical expertise in Snowflake SQL to optimize database performance and ensure efficient data retrieval. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Snowflake solutions that meet business requirements. Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices and adhering to industry standards. Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to identify and resolve issues promptly. Develop and maintain documentation for data integration and transformation processes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables. Mentor and guide junior team members to foster their professional growth and development. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our data solutions. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions that drive business value. Participate in project planning and estimation to ensure timely delivery of data solutions. Contribute to the overall success of the company by driving technical excellence and innovation. Qualifications Possess a strong background in Fivetran Data Build Tool Snowflake SQL and Snowflake. Demonstrate expertise in Product Lifecycle Management and its application in data solutions. Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues. Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Show a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends. Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality data solutions on time.
