Job Description Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy, including defining brand positioning, value propositions, and unique selling points, in alignment with business objectives. Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to understand consumer trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to refine brand strategy and improve brand perception. Marketing Campaigns: Develop and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, collaborating with external agencies and internal teams, to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase customer loyalty. Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms, campaigns, and communications. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns, using data-driven insights to make strategic adjustments and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Budget Management: Manage and allocate the brand marketing budget effectively, optimizing resources to achieve maximum impact and ROI. Experience: Minimum of 6-10 years in brand management, marketing, or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to lead and scale brand initiatives. Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. A masters degree or MBA is preferred. Primary Skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, make strategic decisions, and track performance. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in stakeholder management. Demonstrated creativity and a strong eye for design and detail.
