Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Azure and .Net Framework along with a strong background in Product Development and Product Management within the Tech and ISV Product Development domains. This role will involve designing developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that align with our companys goals and objectives. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of software solutions using Azure and .Net Framework technologies. Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance. Provide technical expertise in the areas of product development and product management within the Tech and ISV Product Development domains. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and functionalities. Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and ensure adherence to best practices. Develop and implement unit tests to ensure the reliability and performance of software applications. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations. Mentor and guide junior engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our software solutions remain competitive and innovative. Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements provide updates and address any concerns. Ensure that all software solutions comply with security and regulatory standards. Contribute to the documentation of software designs technical specifications and user manuals. Qualifications Possess a strong background in Azure and .Net Framework with proven experience in developing scalable and robust applications. Demonstrate expertise in product development and product management within the Tech and ISV Product Development domains. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Show proficiency in conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
