Job Summary We are seeking a Developer with 3 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Collibra Data Quality and PL/SQL along with domain experience in Provider. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively during day shifts. The role does not require travel. Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Collibra Data Quality and PL/SQL. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Implement data quality rules and standards to ensure data integrity. Optimize and troubleshoot PL/SQL code for performance improvements. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Participate in design and architecture discussions to drive innovation. Create and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Monitor and maintain system performance ensuring high availability and reliability. Assist in the planning and execution of software development projects. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team. Qualifications Possess strong expertise in Collibra Data Quality and PL/SQL. Have extensive experience in the Provider domain. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Show proficiency in optimizing and troubleshooting PL/SQL code. Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills. Have a solid understanding of data quality rules and standards. Be capable of creating and maintaining technical documentation. Display a proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Show a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions. Have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business outcomes.,
