- Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and innovative professional to join our team as the Leader of AI Initiatives within the COO Business Operations function. The successful candidate will spearhead the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) into our business operations, focusing on enhancing decision-making processes and enabling insights to improve operational efficiencies. Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: 1. AI and ML Strategy Development: - Develop and lead the AI strategy for business operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. - Identify and prioritize high-impact operational parameters where AI can deliver substantial improvements. 2. Implementation of AI Use Cases: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement AI/ML use cases that improve decision-making and operational effectiveness. - Ensure smooth integration of AI solutions into existing business processes and systems. 3. Infrastructure and Operations: - Manage AI/ML operations on cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, ensuring optimal performance and cost-efficiency. - Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable AI/ML infrastructure that supports the businesss operational needs. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work closely with various Business Units to identify areas for AI-driven improvements. - Foster a culture of innovation by promoting the use of AI across various business units. 5. Leadership and Team Management: - Lead a team of AI and data science professionals, providing mentorship and ensuring continuous professional development. - Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. 6. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Define and track key performance indicators related to AI use cases, focusing on return on investment (ROI) and financial benefits. - Develop a framework for measuring the ROI of AI initiatives, ensuring that each project contributes to cost savings, revenue enhancement, or operational efficiency. - Provide regular reports on the financial impact of AI initiatives, including cost reductions, increased revenue, and efficiency gains. 7. Data Analysis and Reporting: - Analyze large datasets to extract insights and provide actionable recommendations for business operations. - Develop and present reports and dashboards to senior leadership, showcasing the impact of AI initiatives on business performance. 8. Compliance and Ethical Standards: - Ensure all AI solutions comply with Organisation prescribed DLP regulations and ethical standards. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI trends, technologies, and best practices. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: - Education: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Masters degree or higher is preferred. - Experience: - 7-10 years of experience in AI/ML roles, with a strong track record in implementing AI solutions in a business operations context. - Proven experience working with cloud platforms, particularly AWS and Azure, to manage AI/ML workloads. - Technical Skills: - Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R. - Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). - Solid understanding of data analytics, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization techniques. - Soft Skills: - Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset. - Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams. - Effective communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Data Visualization: - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js. - Ability to create compelling visualizations that clearly communicate data insights and the impact of AI initiatives to various stakeholders. - Certifications: - Relevant certifications in AI/ML and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate) are highly desirable.,
