Job Description

Greetings from ThinkPalm, We have an immediate opening for .Net Project Manager, Kochi. Experience:10+yrs Project Management: Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile methodologies, ensuring on-time and within budget delivery. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation using Microsoft Project or Azure DevOps. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues effectively. Agile Practices: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives). Act as a servant leader to Agile teams, promoting continuous improvement. Coach teams on Agile principles, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Technical Leadership: Collaborate with development teams working on Microsoft-based solutions (e.g., .NET, Azure, Power Apps, SharePoint). Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment using Microsoft tools. Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders at various levels. Manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong working relationships. Performance Monitoring: Use Microsoft technologies like Azure DevOps to track progress, report KPIs, and manage backlogs. Ensure quality assurance through test management and automation tools. Required Skills and Qualifications:Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as Azure, .NET Framework, Power Platform, and any frontend technology lile ReactJS. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar project management tools. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Agile Project Management: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, PMI-ACP, or similar certification preferred. Proven experience managing projects in Agile environments. Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
