Role accountabilities: 7+ years experience as BIM Modeler / Senior BIM Modeler working on Civil 3D software. Experience to support infrastructure design and construction projects. Experience with preparing 3D models in Autodesk Civil 3D. Knowing Bentley Open Roads Designer will be added advantage. Proficient in preparing integrated and dynamic 3D models for heavy civil infrastructure projects. Project examples may include demolition, rehabilitation, and/or new construction of levees, floodwalls, waterways, reservoirs, locks, dams, drainage systems, and roadways. Position will be focused on project layout, geometrics, and survey control; grading and drainage design; subsurface utility coordination and relocation; pavements, ground improvement measures, and slope stabilization systems; and erosion and sediment control measures. This position will be responsible for preparing construction drawing packages including plan, profile, cross section, and detail drawings in accordance with the United States National CAD Standard (NCS) or an international equivalent and preparing construction quantity takeoffs using model-based reports. Knowledge of ISO 19650/Cobie. Dynamo / Automation Skills required. Better understanding of BIM Process, Standards and Workflows is must. Knowledge of Chilean Design codes will be added advantage. Experience in working on BIM Platform preferred. Knowledge on Sub-assembly composer, Part Builder, Content Browser Expertise on Data-shortcuts, Import/export civil 3d data in other coordination softwares. Knowledge on Point cloud database and Control file sizes. Knowledge on modeling of junctions, varied slopes, ditches, Alignments, tables etc. Troubleshooting civil 3D issues. Preference will be given to experience in international projects (Chile/USA/UK/ Middle East, Australia) Familiar with preparation of Site Civil Plans, Earthwork Layout Plan, pipeline layout plan and profile, General Arrangement drawings for Geotech, Hydraulic, pumping station, water/ wastewater treatment works. Knowledge on Site Grading. A strong, self-motivated, and assertive person capable of working under pressure. Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Flexible to adopt new work & Timings. Good Communication. (Spanish Language skills will be added advantage) Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Working independently as well as with team Preparation of BIM / CAD deliverables as per client requirement Liaison with BIM Manager / lead business and other team members for preparation of design drawings. Working in collaboration with other design disciplines Compliance of Arcadis business management system Performing other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time Qualifications & Experience: BE Civil/Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.
