Position: Azure Devops Engineer Location: Pune Duration: Contract to Hire Job Description Governing the use of Azure DevOps: This includes providing effective and consistent usage of Azure DevOps tools, such as dashboards, plans, and roadmaps. The role involves ensuring that the tools are used efficiently and effectively across the organization. DevOps Maturity Self-Assessment Management: This involves executing and managing the DevOps Maturity Self-Assessment process. The responsibilities include planning the execution, collecting open points, recommendations, and gaps, and providing feedback to improve the DevOps Maturity level. High-Level Design for Azure DevOps Implementation: The role includes designing and implementing Azure DevOps solutions in various domains, such as Data & Analytics. This involves understanding the current "As-Is" model, the delivery lifecycle, and the roles and responsibilities of key approvers. Leadership and Team Management: A Senior Azure DevOps developer is expected to lead large technical delivery teams, mentor, motivate, and shape high-performing teams. They should have extensive experience in liaising with senior-level stakeholders and delivering successful change initiatives. Continuous Learning and Knowledge Sharing: Participating in and organizing brown bag learning sessions to promote continuous learning and knowledge sharing among colleagues. This includes understanding the history and concept of these sessions and their importance in fostering a culture of continuous improvement.,
