Job Description

This is a contractual role and the shift timings are 4:00 pm to 1:00 am (Night Shift). We do not have transport facilities. This is a work from office role. The contract is for 1 year and may be extended depending on the client. Job Location is Kochi (Kerala). This is a contractual role where the candidate will work directly with our client who is based in USA and trades across global markets It is initially a one year contract and can be extended based on client requirements. Our client is part of the crypto and digital assets industry. Advance SQL Knowledge and Expertise plus Strong / Advanced Excel, Macro skills required for the role. Must speak very fluent english. Must know ALL Excel Functions listed below - Vlookup / Hlookup, Pivot tables, Sumif, cell references (absolute, relative, mixed), text to columns, conditional formatting. Must know how to extract data from a postgre SQL database by writing SQL queries and create MIS / Reports Responsibilities: Complete daily operational activities like reconciliation etc. and distribute daily reports to management Work with Finance and Technology Team to improve processes and reporting Provide information to management by researching and analyzing data and preparing reports and analysis Extract data from a postgre SQL database by creating writing SQL queries and create MIS / Reports / Dashboards Assist in financial close process and preparation of supporting information to financial statements Prepare special reports and financial analysis to management Requirements: Bachelor degree Strong knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables, v-lookup, etc.) At least 3 years experience using postgre SQL database with the ability to write advanced SQL queries to extract information and create dashboards Strong Communication skills, should be very fluent in English 4 years industry experience, preferably with a proprietary trading or clearing firm or in fund accounting General knowledge of equities and futures markets or other financial markets Problem solver with excellent communication skills Driven and detail-oriented individual with aptitude to thrive within a dynamic and fast-paced environment Please email your cv to hidden_email if interested,
