The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills. We are based in Pune, MH. Responsibilities Develop and maintain all server-side code bases. Ensure optimal performance for queries and requests processing, for scale & performance. Write testable, reusable code, and ensure code is of acceptable quality. Implement effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions. Document various backend processes and components built. Communicate effectively with Front End Engineers for integrations. Skills & Requirements Has worked for at least 4 years as a Node.js developer. Extensive knowledge of JavaScript Knowledge of frameworks like Nestjs/Expressjs Good communication and collaboration skills. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude. Experience with Relational Databases like MySQL, and Clickhouse Proficient with Git Proficient in design patterns Perform dev-testing, and unit-testing, and ensure code is of acceptable quality Required.,
