Job Description
- Full Time, Noida Experience- 6+ years Python Project Lead We are seeking a highly skilled hands-on Senior Python Web App Developer to join our dynamic team as a Project Lead. As a project lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining high-performance, scalable Python applications with the team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to architectural decisions to ensure the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of the software products. Role & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Python applications to meet business requirements. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback and mentor junior developers. Work closely with DevOps engineers to deploy applications and implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of software products. Contribute to architectural decisions and technical designs to ensure scalability, performance, and security. Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in Python development and software engineering. Work allocation to resources, team handling and conflict management. Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant work experience. 6+ years of professional experience as a Python Developer or 4+ years as a python Developer and 2+ years" experience as a Project Lead, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. Strong proficiency in Python and related libraries/frameworks such as Django/Django Rest Framework, Flask, or FastAPI Hands-on experience with Python libraries like Selenium, Silk, Celery, Boto, and other important ones and creating REST APIs. Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non- relational databases (e.g. MongoDB, Redis). Solid understanding of software engineering principles like Solid Principles, design patterns, and best practices. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) and serverless architectures. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
